Thank you for today. Found the case study interesting in terms of expanding the role of the PDA within the college. There are opportunities e.g. arising from the College observation process to involve PDA's in supporting staff. At present there is no clarity for e-learning champion roles and this could be a way forward. Some good ideas for using theory of change to identify problems and I feel I will be able to use the grow model for myself and also with staff. Thanks. Kim
